AG Jackson should flex and charge Boss Hogg with soliciting and accepting bribes. Even if there's no chance of winning. It's the principle.
Put political pressure on the local DA to take the matter to a grand jury
Unless the relevant DA recuses him or herself from the matter, the AG cannot initiate criminal prosecutions.
