It sickens me that he is now my congressman after they gerrymandered this district. At least my previous congressman is now our AG

It is: the STOCK Act of 2012, which explicitly prohibits members of Congress and federal employees from using nonpublic information gained through their positions for personal benefit.

Sadly, I can't see any punishment coming to him. With a hard-right Supreme Court, they will protect him.
