One thing I like about it is it gives you the option to call any of the district offices in addition to the Washington DC office. Tillis has 3 or 4 district offices and you are far more likely to get a live person if you call one of them.
Interestingly, I just phoned the White House Connection for Tillis and it went dead after saying hold for sending a message.
